Two people are injured after a driver fled from a U.S. Secret Service officer before eventually crashing into an oncoming car in Northern Virginia, the agency said Sunday.
The pursuit began when a Secret Service Officer sought to pull over a vehicle driving the wrong way on I Street NW in Washington, the agency said, according to a statement posted on Twitter by an NBC Washington reporter.
Instead of stopping, however, the driver exited onto I-66 traveling westbound in the eastbound lane, according to the statement. The driver then collided with another vehicle traveling eastbound, before fleeing the scene on foot.
Law enforcement has not apprehended the driver. A passenger in the suspect vehicle sustained non-life threatening injuries and was taken into custody and transported to a hospital. The driver of the impacted vehicle also sustained non-life threatening injuries and was taken to a hospital, the statement reads.
Neither of the injured individuals have been identified. Arlington County Police are the lead investigators on the case and are being assisted by the Secret Service.
The chase and subsequent crash closed down traffic lanes on I-66 at Lee Highway near Rosslyn, Va. early Sunday morning. Lanes reopened at around 7 a.m., according to NBC Washington.

All of the universities have a PD; Georgetown, GW, Howard, American U probably even Gallaudet (the school for the deaf and blind). The military police are also there; every branch as well as the veterans hospital.
The FBI, Park Police, Secret Service, ICE, Capital Police and of course the DC Metro cops. I imagine the subway has it’s own too. I’m certain I’ve forgotten several.

My question to you is how do you know there hasn’t been?
If you have followed the Q threads, you’d have seen several Q drops with the phrase ‘As the world turns.’ It has been determined that the phrase indicates an attempt was made on the President life. As the World Turns was airing when Kennedy was assassinated.
From his behavior though I would bet that the driver is a meth-head.

I guess we can hope that since the passenger in the wrong-way car was taken into custody, the police can determine the identity of the driver and bring him to justice. It will be interesting to see who it is.
It may take a while before the DC cops release any information.
It takes a while to contact all twenty one federal intelligence agencies to make sure “national security” isn’t involved... ;-)
It seems the Secret Service has it’s hands full with a President who is successfully dismantling the lies and damage of the Communists throughout this great country.

two attempts stand out, one before the election at a rally, the other was when the SS intercepted a driver working for CNN, a temp driver at that, who just happened to have a pistol in his gear bag.
There were a couple more but they haven’t really been talked about much.
I’m interesting in the crash that happened on Route 1 in Delaware over the weekend - pickup truck crossed a grass median about a hundred feet wide and crashed into a van coming the other direction, killing a father and his four daughters - local TV is all awash with tears over the deaths - but not a word abut the driver of the pickup - illegal alien? - some guy high on “legal marijuana”? - a relative of some bigwig Delaware ‘rat politician? - no info, no pictures, no mention - sure is strange....
My guess is DUI.
