Ok we promis not to push a nominee in 2024. That’s the rule, Presidential election before the end of an 8 year term

Liberals unhinged.

So many things wrong with this...

1. Rules are for the senate only the courts will not get involved.

2. It was a presidential election not a midterm.

3. The senate chose when to vote... Not the courts.

If we have formal control of the Senate, and we can push a nominee through, we should do so up until 12 noon EST, Jan. 20, 2025.

Does anyone doubt that the Party of Satan would if they had the power?

That “rule” only applies when the opposition party holds the Senate.

Even the rules of the senate are not law.
