We’re retired so could live anywhere we want. Our house is paid for so could pay cash somewhere else. We own the boat in Ventura and property on the Big Island of Hawaii which I stay at a couple of times a year. I just got back from a trip to visit relatives in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, and yes, Texas. Can’t see myself living in any of them. Guess that’s why we’re still here. And yeah, life is pretty good for me.
