I don’t think she’d find the party leadership, membership, voters, or women happy to see her try running again. Hopefully she finds herself under investigation, indicted, at trial, or in jail, which would make the attempt to fail again at running for president moot.
The party leadership is her only concern, the others will fall into place. As for the party leaders, she can simply have them murdered or framed by the FBI for some bogus crime.
But, she can't even win a debate when she's been given the questions in advance. She's a total loser.

not to mention the profound unhappiness of her former big donors, many of whom have already publicly expressed their dismay that their money was wasted on an inept campaign, including many big donors from the hollywood crowd.
these people are not going to waste any more of their money on a two-time loser like Hillary Clinton, and the lack of those big donations is her real hurdle to running again, and is such a big hurdle that I seriously doubt she’ll run again, or if she does run, be much of a threat to anyone except the Dem party itself.
i think any current fundraising efforts supposedly on her behalf are basically scams that are preying on the emotions of foolish “true believers”.
Even in jail she could run for the presidency.
