I thought it did. This narrative that it’s a loan while Trump was a candidate just came out 2 or 3 days ago. Maybe there’s a couple of cases against him.
And as for the banker wanting to be in Trump’s administration, I seriously doubt that’s why Manafort got the loan. Course it won’t stop Mueller from using it to tie in Trump... unfortunately damn it!
Mueller can, and does, say what he wants. But if there is no payoff, there is no tie to Trump. Besides, trying to smear Trump does not work. They may think they are energizing their base... but who cares.
