“She’s fair game. And she is useless,” Wolf said of Ivanka Trump in an interview last month with The Daily Beast. “So I think it’s very fair to point out that she’s doing a terrible job.”

I tend to agree with that. Ivanka is a cute bimbo, but not much class or useful knowledge of historic and geopolitics here.

We elect presidents, NEVER co-presidents, and she should keep her mouth shut and limit her input to the ballot box, like the rest of us real citizens.

Entertainers used to be considered the scum of the earth. They were watched like hawks when around polite company. This can still be seen when the carnivals come to town each summer. No one really trusts carneys in their towns.

This changed for the most part with the creation of the film industry over 100 years ago. All of a sudden they became those one should emulate.
Because the silver screen is ‘magic’ folks felt they could lower their guard.

We need to correct this mistake.

Hollywood is rushing into the gutter.

Rushing into the gutter is like being dead.
Comparative and superlative forms of the condition simply don't exist.

Hollywood has been in the gutter since the 1920s.

Maryl Streep out of the three will survive due to actually being a great actress. Sad she’s not a great person.

You do realize that, that is just an opinion, right?

I have never seen any of her movies, nor do I consequently feel deprived in any way. For me she's about as interesting to think about further as anthropophagy.

Dream on that the hate/rage against Trump (and his supporters) isn't being noted and filed away by normal Americans.

I've observed several dyed in the wool rural Democrats discussing how they no longer belong in this new Democrat party.

Trump has single handedly destroyed the Democrat’s ability to use celebrity endorsements to their advantage ever again. By fighting back against these people, he’s exposed just how nasty they really are.

Everybody already knows that these people live in gated communities in Liberal enclaves, and never engage with Conservatives. But at least a wimp like George W. Bush, who never stuck up for himself, made it easier for celebrities to attack him, while still appearing to be somewhat civil.

When Trump fights back, their reactions seem to scream “get off my property....Jeeves, get them out, lock the gate, raise the barbed wire, get me my tranquilizers and my sleeping mask”. And yes, ordinary Americans are noting this.

You missed perhaps the most salient point: during Elizabethan/Sshakesperian period actors and theater were quite popular, but regardless of the show, actors providing the entertainment were NEVER allowed to spend the night within the limits of the town or city.

The reasons why are as true and disgusting today as they were then.

The cult of celebrity is just about finished. These self-worshipping morons have repeatedly proven themselves unworthy of our admiration, or even our respect. They’re nothing but chattering heads.

Speaking of W, did you notice how W took all kinds of hell from the dems for 8 years and just let them walk all over him and he never said a word? Trump makes a couple of comments at his rally about H. W. thousand points of light theme and out come the Bushes to defend. Their support of the criminal Clintons is disgusting. Where was Laura when Obama was caging the children.

It’s not just anti-Trump. It’s also their constant crusade against hard-working, tax-paying Americans that disagree with them.

Well that’s the price of being on a chat board. Get used to it. If you are new, this might not be your thing.

Twitter inserts liberal socialists vulgar comments in celeb accounts. The celebs either do not mind or are afraid to protest.

I watched Charlton Heston on the Dick Cavett show from 1971.
He remarked that celebs should realize they are in the public and not complain. He also said that being a celebrity is good if you want a table at a restaurant and that is about it.
He mentioned that the ones the public knows about are only about 50 to 100 while the rest of the 26,000 in the screen actors guild make $3,000 or less a year.
