The Kennedy clan held a button-down rehearsal dinner Friday night ahead of this weekend’s wedding of Robert 'Bobby' Kennedy III and former CIA spook Amaryllis Fox.
The shindig at the historic beachside Kennedy Compound in Hyannis Port on Cape Cod lured about 200 family members and hangers-on who munched on oysters, seafood and tuna freshly fished off Cape Cod and sipped Corona beer from the bottle in a tent built after day-long rains.
The Cape Cod chic dress code included blue jeans, beach shorts, sandals and sun dresses.
While it was an intimate affair, there were still plenty of boldfaced names in attendance, including Oscar-winning actress Susan Sarandon, Swedish Prime Minister Stefan Löfven and Bobby's stepmom Cheryl Hines.

I recently saw an interview with Robert Jr. Vegetables usually show more life. I believe the booze and drug abuse have taken their toll.
Did anyone notice the video toward the bottom of the page that shows a bloodied photographer leaving while guests are arriving? The caption only mention guest arriving, but the video is focused on the reporter with blood on his face and red blood all over the front of his green camo cargo pants, while he’s wiping his hands off. I want to see the pictures he took!
Was Michael Skakel in attendance, since the Kennedy cousin is out of jail?

Cheryl Hines, the step-mom. I saw her a few years back on some tv show and she was a real dimwit.

The Chappaquiddick movie came about fifty years too late.
It’s been nine years (not nearly enough) since the Swimmer croaked, so there went the Kennedy family clout. Film could have been made much earlier, IMO.
If you were my age, you would remember Fanne Foxe and the Congressman who threw away his career. The scandal even mentioned their rendezvous the Junkanoo, a D.C. tiki restaurant I used to ride past after high school.

Yes. I watched the video. What I heard was ‘engage’.
To me, it does not mean abandon your values and embrace the other side. Nor does it mean that all the other evil beliefs and behavior is ignored. Maybe bullets and bombs are the best mediums of communication with some groups. However, it is useful to know what someone believes of themselves vis a vis you. I would classify that as intelligence in several meanings of the word.

When you cant have sex or look at prety girls or drink alcohol and have to pray to Mecca 5 times a day with a bunch of other smelly morons in the same situation, blowing yourself up sounds not so bad.

It is odd when you think about it as we never saw pictures of any of the earlier Kennedy clan at Hyannis Port dressed like bums. The gals usually were in dresses with nylons and dress shoes..
I still say the bride-to-be needs a haircut....and it probably wouldn’t hurt the groom either!
