Problem is, launching such a campaign will look explicitly racist. Even if we froze demographics at their present levels, they won’t stay put. Hispanics alone are outpacing Whites with having children. Whites aren’t having enough kids. Unless the numbers slack off on Hispanics and there is a dramatic cultural realignment, we’re going to end up with a substantial and permanent Hispanic underclass a la Mexico.
Besides, as I’ve said many times, just because a state has a high White population is no guarantee of political sanity. Look at Vermont. It hardly has any non-Whites, but they vote like they live in Castro’s Cuba. The San Francisco Bay area in California has large swaths of Whites, and wealthy ones at that, and the GOP is non-existent there.
I hear you, but the SCHEME to make the USA a White minority nation is a project with a 100 year duration.

I am not Mexican, but am of Hispanic extraction; I came as an 8-year old, and you can't imagine a more appreciative citizen of the United States of America and its institutions.
