In Detroit public schools they have “teachers” that are barely literate so what can anyone expect?
Well the unions are done and you don’t have to join.Most of the new hires will not join.The bad teachers are passed through the system and no-one gets fired because of the unions..Then Trump is going to have school choice for the parents to pick other school..Another thing that works really well are the special schools in Philly for the kids that really want to learn.They are expanding constantly.I know Baltimore is horrible with this too and these kids deserve a chance.
