Before he was relocated, he was accused of repeatedly contacting potential witnesses in an effort to sway their testimonies.

Something of the sort - one of Mueller's team raced over to the judge with an accusation (also never tried) which was excuse enough. It will have been four months by the time Manafort's second trial begins. Four months in solitary confinement without a trial. And all the little SJW's are squealing with delight.
