The problem again is it’s not just Trump’s picks, in practice judicial nominees to a particular federal circuit tend to come from recommendations of the regional party, and if Scott were a Senator, that means that he and Rubio would have a big say in the potential judge nominees that would reach Trump’s desk. So it’s not so much an issue of whether Scott would vote to confirm, it’s that the judges he and Rubio would recommend would be RINO traitors themselves. This is what led to the David Souter disaster, remember Souter was a popular Republican nominee and he received strong support from Senate Republicans backing Bush’s picks. The problem came earlier, in the way that RINO Republicans sought out and recommended Souter in the first place. Presidents are busy and don’t have time to research and study every single judicial nominee let alone a pool of candidates leading to possible nominees, they rely on recommendations from prominent regional party members. That’s why having a RINO Senator from a major state like Florida would be so damaging, including for Trump’s goals of remaking the judiciary and moving away from liberal judicial activism. Even more so since with Rubio, Florida already has a corrupt, backstabbing RINO traitor Senator as it is, on top of Grahamnesty in South Carolina to add further problems to the recommendation of judges from what should be one of our most solidly conservative regions.

Trump is also getting his recommendations from the Federalist Society, so I don’t worry about the judges.

But I am MUCH MORE WORRIED about our side enabling Shuemer to control the Senate and leaving AT LEAST two Supreme Court seats open for the Democrats to fill the next time they get a chance.
