Well it IS hard to find Millennials who are willing to do actual work. My lawn mowing guy is having a heck of a time finding one. He says they spend every free second on thier damned phones. And they suck at doing a good job.

However, what about hiring older American citizens who are willing to do the work and need a job?

The youngest Millennial is now out of college-——it is the next generation-—whatever they are called.

I have grandkids on both generations and they all have been working part time and summers since they were about 15.
