Not smart to volunteer under oath that you are guilt .... while testifying at his roommates trial for ....... child porn.
He testified that his room mate had that pic of a 17 year old because it was his. It wasn’t trafficked or anything. I guess that harmed the case, so they arrested him. They arrested him out of spite.
The law is an ass. I subscribe to Shakespeare’s method of dealing with lawyers.
