Here is what I think. Obongo didn’t exactly go to the mat for Garland. I he think was convinced HRC would win and they had an agreement that he would replace Scalia. I also believe there is a good chance he had Scalia killed. The most effective Conservative SC Justice is found with a pillow over his head at a Rat donors house. No security detail, no autopsy. hmm..

Mitch McConnell left the seat open so hillary could nominate someone and begin altering the court to her satisfaction. She would have loaded the court with fellow crooks who would sell out the country to the highest bidder.

Mitch did not leave the seat open for Trump, who had about a zero chance of winning the election at that point. Hillary probably told Mitch she still had his FBI file and either he does what she wants or he will be exposed when she became dictator.

Remember, they are all one big corrupt family. Democrats, Republicans, government agencies etc. They don’t allow outsiders in because they would be exposed.

It was a truly divine intervention that Trump was able to win.

Scalia should have never made that trip. He was assassinated. Had it been Kagan, or Slobomayor or Buzzard there would have been an outcry like you've never heard before.

I agree with you on that point. That was always a "hit" as far as I am concerned.

Shame on us for not getting an investigation into the events, although it likely would have been Andrew McCabe and Peter Strzok doing the "investigation".

i am pretty sure Hillary would NOT have picked Garland as the nominee if she had won. Obama would have withdrawn his name the day after the election, and she would have picked a much more liberal choice.

That was the risk taken in rejecting Garland, getting a worse nominee. Obama had hoped that the fear of HRC picking would cause the republicans to give in.
