Hawking her new book, Fascism, former secretary of state Madeline Albright said she is concerned about Fascism in the U.S. and around the world. She told a BBC reporter that Donald Trump isn’t a Fascist but he is the “most undemocratic president in modern American history and that troubles me.”

An affidavit of support is a document an individual signs to accept financial responsibility for another person, usually a relative, who is coming to the United States to live permanently. The person who signs the affidavit of support becomes the sponsor of the relative (or other individual) coming to live in the United States. The sponsor is usually the petitioner of an immigrant petition for a family member.
An affidavit of support is legally enforceable; the sponsor’s responsibility usually lasts until the family member or other individual either becomes a U.S. citizen, or can be credited with 40 quarters of work (usually 10 years).
A joint sponsor is someone who is willing to accept legal responsibility for supporting your family member with you. A joint sponsor must meet all the same requirements as you, except the joint sponsor does not need to be related to the immigrant. The joint sponsor (or the joint sponsor and his or her household) must reach the 125% income requirement alone. You cannot combine your income with that of a joint sponsor to meet the income requirement.

American troops in Iraq reached a peak of 166,300 in October 2007 during the Iraq war. This is less than 4 months worth of illegal entries on our southern border. And we paid our own way in Iraq and helped rebuild when we finished the mission.
In contrast, we have MILLIONS of illegal immigrants currently living in the U.S. Many thousands are in gangs and organized crime, including human trafficking and narcotics. And even the best illegals, who are simply trying to survive the economic disaster and political corruption of the hellholes they’ve escaped, are a major financial burden on federal and state governments due to dependency on government subsidies and, especially, free public education for children.
We can not effectively treat aspiring immigrants with compassion and fairness when there is a massive effort to circumvent any and all immigration laws at any cost.
