Herd it on the news. They show an increase in attendance by Blacks and Hispanics before and after Obama rules but no numbers for Asians and Whites. Another thing not shown is if there was an increase in graduation too. But CU is going to double down.
It matters. The point of Trump's order was to prevent lawsuits by scumbag Democratic lawyers against universities that don't discriminate against white and Asian students. None of the leftist media mention this point of course, preferring to yabber about a handful of reverse discrimination suits like the one against Harvard.
“Colleges and universities using disciplinary history as admissions criteria should consider how to design admissions policies that do not have the unjustified effect of discriminating against individuals on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion and disability,” the report says. It points to precedents by the Department of Labor, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and Department of Housing and Urban Development, which have all concluded that questions about criminal history have a disparate impact and may be grounds for a racial discrimination lawsuit.
End any kind of federal funding if they don’t follow the new guidelines. Let the liberal scum support them
