Gotta say, when I was at Air Intelligence Agency (now 25AF), whenever we realized we had inadvertently recorded a “US person” in violation of Title 50 and EO 12333, we immediately sequestered the record, reported ourselves, did a legal review and then destroyed it. That’s the rule. Never was more than one at a time, though.
