Why does everyone keep saying that they have the largest oil reserves in the world? The oil they have is a low quality crude that there was only refinery in the world that could process it. The refinery was located in St. Croix in US Virgin Islands. The refinery is now closed. No one wants their oil.

I know this because this is what they told me face to face. This plant could have stayed open but for the embedded Marxist Socialists in control down there. The owners and managers just finally said ‘to hell with it” and closed it.
