I may be wrong, but I think Cornyn is saying it would be tough to get a justice approved who has a published opinion on the subject. That is an informed opinion, I think. Cornyn didn’t say he was OPPOSED to a pro-life judge per se, did he?

OTOH, Trump has made his nominees known for MANY MANY MONTHS with his list of 25. So none of them should be a shock.
