This campaign image was designed by someone with extensive ethnic marketing skills.
There was big money behind this design.
George Soros has a huge mansion in Bedford, maybe 30 minutes away from where she grew up in Westchester.
When I saw that graphic I thought it was both highly professionally done and that it had a very Hispanic look to it.
That graphic isn't hers. It was created to mock her. It uses her portrait and campaign logo combined with the Soviet flag and Uncle Joe. It appears to have originated here (note the URL and look closely at the credit in the lower right).
