Well, if true old Cindy sure f-cked her way to the top. What the hell is this practice of senators giving their Senate seats to their wives? What the hell is this? Do they think these are nobility titles they hand out like candy? This is a freaking constitutional republic. Senate seats are not their own personal property.

No one said it was. It is the governor's decision and he can appoint anyone he wants. There is nothing in the Constitution that prevents appointing the wife to a seat. It does not change the nature of the republic and I assume you know it is temporary until the 2020 election in which the voters of AZ will choose someone for the remainder two years of his term.

My gosh this place is no different than the snowflakes over on the other side. Get a grip.
