Who paid to organize this crap?
Well, the press claims he was a counter-protester. If he’s there just to attempt to make normal Americans look bad (like the national-socialist leftist who drove a car into people in Charlottesville VA), we need fewer of his type.
We can reunite the families....
About 120 miles south of our border.
More proof about the violence of the Left.
The thug that pulled the gun should go to prison for 20 years.
I'll lose not a wink of sleep over what he did.
At some point, we're going to need fighters, not keyboard commandos.
The press also claims that all of these protestors were peaceful.
Show up to one of these protests wearing a MAGA ball cap and get back to me.
The press will call you an "instigator" and when you defend yourself, or at least demonstrate that you have the ability to defend yourself, your story is going to look like this guy's story.
Good grief, is this place ever becoming pussified. The abode of limp-wristed sheep who talk a great game from the safety of a keyboard but get the vapors when people are ready to fight. No wonder people are fleeing to Reddit and Twitter.
20 years? Really? For brandishing a gun after being confronted by "peaceful" protestors?
You better wake up Sue. When these "peaceful" protestors start beating the shit out of you and your family for daring to stand up for what is right, you'd better hope someone on OUR side pulls a gun!
Cool city, but it's not REALLY Alabama. It's sort of what Austin is to Texas - a ton of liberals, most probably transplanted there.
( I do love Huntsville, despite the libtards)
If the press had a true Trump supporter, they would be screaming it from the tree tops.
I do find it interesting that he has a B.A. for Journalism....with a M.A. in English Education.
Was he at the protest to do a story on the Socialists, and was attacked? Or was he there to partake in a Alinsky propaganda set up, in the hopes of going to work for MSNBC or CNN?
And that’s the thing. Press pushing the narrative.
What if he was there to counter protest, to stand up for the President?
Is there a problem with this?
That Commie Thug pulled a gun for no reason.
He should go to prison.
How do you know? Were you there?
Would you go to a protest such as yesterday's wearing a Trump T-shirt or a MAGA hat? I suspect not but should you be allowed to?
And if you did, what do you think the reactions of the protestors would be? Do you think they would be neighborly and friendly, supportive of your First Amendment rights?
Think again. It's getting ugly out there. But you wouldn't know. Most people here wouldn't know because they're not out there at these protests supporting the president. They're here on Free Republic typing away that people like Mr. Sealy are making "normal Americans" look bad.
You don't have a clue.
And he wasn't a Commie. He was a counter protester who showed up to the fight, unlike 99% of the people posting on Free Republic.
Didn't say there was a problem with standing up against the Socialists. I said there's something strange about the lack of details in the reporting of the incident, that I find unusual.
On a personal note, growing up, I was taught by military and law enforcement family members, to never pull a gun out unless you are ready to pull the trigger.
I've never doubted that teaching, since we've seen law enforcement, and others, get shot, disarmed or beaten, while they are warning that they might shoot if the subject doesn't stop what they are doing.
If I had run out of all options to get out of the situation safely, and had to pull a gun, I'd be going to jail for shooting someone.
Where were you yesterday?
He was in the fight. What were you doing?
“And he wasn’t a Commie. He was a counter protester who showed up to the fight....”
Oh, thanks for the clarification.
With that being the case, and him not being a leftist protester, but rather being a patriotic counter protester, he should not be charged from pulling a gun on people, and they should throw a parade in his honor.
Inbreeder!
Families do belong together. Deport them all. Because we’re humanitarians, we should pay travel for the US citizen children of criminals too - unless the illegals besides being criminals are such bad parents that they don’t want to be with their own children.
