Its my, probably sick belief, the faster and bloodier the coming Mexican civil war is - the faster Mexico gets on the road to recovery and becomes a much better neighbor.

You may be looking at this in an unorthodox manner.

We make them the 51-60th States, make them learn English.

There are a number of upside

1. We get quality Futball players on the U.S. Team and pick up some nice beaches

2. we get to blame the Spanish, the French and the Germans for the mess they made in Mexico over the years - sort of like reparations
