Pretty close to it. I think I surpassed it because I’ve been involved in TV, radio and movie productions since 2007.
You just dont get lazy and say “yeah, this guy will fit right in the role”. You have to watch HOURS of different actors on their screen tests until you get sick and tired of them. THEN you convince the asshole executive producer the dude is the right guy, and MOST of the time, they say ‘NO’.
