Leftists at W&L? Place must have really changed lately. When my daughter and I visited back in 2006 or thereabouts, it was incredibly conservative. We sat in on some classes and wandered around trying to be inconspicuous, I think we got a pretty good feel for the place.

Obviously not as conservative as VMI next door, but still . . .

Indeed, no pity for them, none. The stupid owner wasn’t even there when Sanders and party came in. One of the staff called her at home and asked her “what should we do” as if it was some crisis that a customer wanted to be served, like any other customer. So she went there to confront Sanders, after conferring with the staff, and they all agreed.
