How dare any member of the Trump Administration have fun!
Such was the attitude of Rob Dozier writing in Slate magazine. He seemed upset that not only was United Nations Ambassador Nikki Haley having way too much fun in her Instagram account but that even her pet Labradoodle, Ambassador Bentley, was also enjoying himself in his own Instagram.

Apparently liberals don’t think anybody opposed to them politically, should ever have fun.
I heard somebody liberal once say, conservatives don’t enjoy life, they are always peddling fear, and they spend 24/7 figuring out how to cut public assistance and take away benefits from people. So they have no time for a personal life.
Well, of course the people at Slate would be upset that a Republican would be happy or, heaven forbid, have it all.
A Democrats joy is solely of the schadenfreude verity.
If a Republican is not miserable they can not be happy.
Nikki is beautiful, happy, and successful. Democrats/socialists tend to be ugly, miserable losers. That’s “unfair”.
I think it may have been Rush (radio pundit - but perhaps the band) who said that at the core of leftist ideology is the hatred and jealousy that someone, somewhere, might be enjoying life.

In the Leftist worldview, it is wrong that Nikki Haley is beautiful when angry and Maxine Waters is not.

Beyond Trump hate, the one thing that the MSM and the Progs hate as much is a strong conservative female!
