I’m trying to do something and making a little progress. Slow go but I keep going. I have a little extra encouragement from a nutritional expert that hangs with me at the fitness place I go two a couple times a week. That person is a good friend of my wife too.

If Michael Moore were set on fire, he’d burn for a year with all that adipose tissue, particularly the piece between his ears. Certainly that would give him some use at last, perhaps warming someone’s hands.
