I call it a HOAX, which it is; one that has fooled people who yearn to feel "special", belong, and be some kind of an "insider".
Q uses the same kinds of ruse that crystal ball, card readers, and yes, phony "psychics" have used for centuries. About 100 years ago, Harry Houdini exposed not only the frauds, but the methods they used.

The constant admonitions to “trust” were my tipoff. Q spends more time on needing trust than on any revelations of value.
If you think about it, the reason for Q to exist...doesn’t exist. If you want information out, put it out. There’s no need for all the codes and BS.
If he is a hoax as you claim, what is his angle? He hasn’t tried to sell me anything, other than to trust the President, love America, and believe in God.
