In my opinion, she would be the best of the five. I have read that Brett Kavanaugh is very close to the Republican Establishment, i.e. another Roberts. Thomas Hardiman is too moderate (one study says he is between Justice Kennedy and Chief Justice Roberts ideologically). Amul Thapar may be OK, but who knows.

Then save her for the next one, which will be more contentious than this one. Better yet would be a black woman but it won’t matter because Dims always find a way to blast every non-Democrat.
