A guy on TV made a great point, most of the asylum claims are made by people who get caught crossing illegally.
Just if they get caught.
That’s an excellent point.
We have rules on how to apply for asylum, and it doesn’t include sneaking over the border and making the claim when you get caught!
So we could deny them asylum simply on procedural grounds.
