I read through the endless Twitter page.
It looks like he issues with the local courts and the newspapers, but I have no clue what the specific beef was—that Twitter page is one big word salad.
Hmmm...Ramos is a Spanish or Portuguese surname. So under the rules of identity politics, this guy is not white despite the fact that at least some media (and cops?) have characterized himself as white.

Wowza. This guy’s been off the rails for over 3 years....that’s all I looked at. Every single tweet was an angry one directed at either the press or someone in the legal system..ugh
