SCOTUS is in recess until October.

Ugh. How does that stop the lower courts from legislating immigration law from the bench? *NO ONE* has answered that question despite having posted it several times on different threads today. I would love to hear the answer.

Ummmm...maybe because the question is germane to nothing being discussed. How does the retirement of Anthony Kennedy affect the lower courts ability to continue to obstruct the Trump agenda? It doesn't.

It has been answered, you just weren’t listening. There is no stopping the lower courts from doing anything, even if the SC is in session. The lower courts will continue to do what the lower courts continue to do with or without the SC in session.
