I have to disagree.
Granted, perhaps we have low expectations, but on a great three day period where the travel ban was upheld, the Janus landmark decision came down, and Leftist Justice Kennedy retired, this is EXACTLY the kind of turd in a punchbowl thing we have come to expect.
It didn’t get passed...this is a good thing.
It’s a less bad thing than if it had been passed and signed. Dodging a bullet is less bad than getting shot. But somebody’s got to take out the sniper.
