I hope Ginsburg will see the handwriting on the wall that the court is going to move right, and go ahead and retire, as it won’t do her any good to hold out.
Ruth Bader Ginsburg will be the next to retire, but she will hold out until after the November election.
Either way, she will retire soon. If the Democrats were to take over the Senate, that gives the Dems a lot more leverage on who gets approved.
