Sorry, what is your problem? I will not support anyone that flies, flew, or defends the Confederacy. I've been consistent on this point since day one and whenever this topic comes up. Shame on Trump for nominating someone tainted with this. And in the bigger picture, WHY NOMINATE SOMEONE THAT HAS TO START BY EXPLAINING AND APOLOGIZING? It is not like they are the only available and otherwise qualified candidate!!!

And for the VA, what is the problem getting a competent administrator to take it over and fix it? Is it the VA itself? Maybe we need to break up the VA? How might we do that?

And, yes, I do wonder at some of the embarrassing picks Trump makes as these tarnish his reputation for being a good picker of people.

Finally, don't throw around insults when you are at a loss to explain people on FR. I don't giggle, don't drink coffee, and am not a Democrat.
