Old story about the difference between a D & R is if a guy is drowning 75 foot out, the lib and rep will both run and get him a rope...the R will throw him 50 foot and tell him to swim and he will pull him ashore...the D will throw him 100 foot of someone elses rope, then drop his end in the sand and run up the beach to do another ‘good deed’...
