I would wager at least 90 db inside that old crappy building, given the echo of the confined street area, not to mention bothersome vibrations and dust falling from above.
Well, I have a Harley-engined bike but deliberate repeated transition of an area of roadway is a “cruising” crime in many jurisdictions and this would be harassment also.
And it’ll make your head spin how fast local law enforcement come on-site to charge the HD riders with noise violations!
