Probably never. Conservatives tend to talk a good game about a civil war, but it will not come to that unless someone is willing to take the first shot.
Liberals aren't stupid in this regard. They have been systematically restricting or eliminating our freedoms, but in small increments that as isolated events doesn't piss off the right enough.
