We have enough Americans for those jobs. So screw that. ...................... Ahhh, lots of Americans, now go out there and motivate them, get them to stay in school and learn so they can earn. Get them to take trainee or apprentice jobs. Try to get competent people to do work i.e. in the building trades that are reliable, on time and not into drugs. Yeah, we have Americans to do all those jobs, but their main concern is getting money with a poor work ethic, or just getting easy money via a big score. Its not the early years of the past century anymore. Those tough skinned ethical workers are gone. We became a nation of many nations, we are not monolithic. The doors were open because we needed skilled workers for our factories and the service jobs generated by them. We need not close our doors, we need to vet carefully what we bring in. LOL, we need more workers to contribute to SS so the future generations can collect their retirement. Are you going to depend on the “Tide pods” generation?

As pay and wages go up so does the supply of labor. It's amazing how supply and demand work. If there is shortage of a particular skill then the wage for that skill should be sky high. But our industry leaders( misnomer ) can never let that happen . They cry to congress and want more foreign interloper scabs to lower wages.

I am SOOOO glad I never pursued a business career. I'd have commit suicide by now...
