If I was Sessions and I knew that 1) ALL the FISA prosecutions in the last 10 years would be up for re-adjudication and that 2) the diplomatic relations with GB and Australia may be in serious jeopardy, then I’d be treading very lightly. I wouldn’t move until I could prove every single whisper.
