When we have a mass invasion it takes a while for an immigration hearing. Many illegals in the past used to agree to deportation and waive the hearing. Now the special interest groups for open borders are coaching every single one to ask for a hearing.

Something like 300 or so judges to process 10's of thousands of immigration hearings.

There is a vast glut of recent law school graduates who can't find a job.

The solution is obvious.

Hire them as federal contractors, give them a quick course in immigration law and make them temporary immigration judges.

They have been hiring more and more immigration judges, and have put immigration court facilities inside the detention centers so illegals can be processed faster This has been in the works since President Trump’s first days in office. It is ongoing to build more detention/deportation centers along the border.

Illegals are now processed faster than ever, it is just the numbers- hard to deal with the numbers. That is the plan of the left, overwhelm with large numbers of illegals so the system will jam up, and illegals will have to be released on our streets awaiting hearing. When you see the large numbers of people being detained, remember most of them would already be on the street before we had President Trump.
