That's the only way this will stop.
Under the espionage act, she could face decades in jail.
If, as it seems, she was not in contact with foreign intelligence services, she will likely be on the low end of the sentencing range. I’d guess that she would get 10 years, and serve six, or something like that. She’d be a convicted felon for life. She could get 20-30 years potentially - it was a very deliberate breach.
She apparently has no useful information, or anyone else she could testify against to make a deal. All she has left is crying and begging for mercy.
