An anonymous plaintiff is suing the Shenandoah Valley Juvenile Center for the abuse he endured at the facility. The teen came here from Mexico. He was a troubled kid and wound up in the high security facility.
Now he’s suing the government for abuse he says he endured at the juvenile center. Oh, and although the AP omits this fact, the child was moved to the Shenandoah Center due to his violent and threatening behavior. Oh, and the teen was moved there when Obama was president in April 2016. And you wouldn’t know this unless you read the court documents.

For years these children have been drawn here by incentives put in place by liberals.
I’m happy the MSM is looking at this situation - the press should have investigated this under Obama - when it was at it’s worst - but better late than never.
