It’s amnesty.

The November election will be determined by what republicans do on this single measure.

If it is passed and Trump signs this “compromise” (= cave in) the democrats will be in charge next year and Trump will be impeached.

Borders are the loser here. Democrats will soon have their enforcement arm rioting and destroying property to try to force eliminating INS and ICE.

I work at a major US International airport.
Right next to the Immigration/Customs arrival area.

I ask my coworkers and others why do we bother with these elaborate, expensive immigration arrival ports of entry at every airport when you can just walk across the Rio Grande scot free, and then get citizenship, welfare, and voting privileges.

Just let them all in. Join them on the democrat/RINO welfare rolls and let the government take care of you until you die. There will be no America in 30 years anyway.

With our dysfunctional/elitist congress you may as well compare these bills to the one that gives a unicorn to every illegal - the unicorn will fly the illegal home, poop gold so they don’t have to work, and protect them from gangs and other problems for the rest of their life.

Getting a bill from this congress that’s good for us deplorables is just as likely as the unicorn bill doing what it says. The unicorn bill is more likely to pass - it “solves” every problem and they can blame Trump if he doesn’t execute it right. Any you can be sure the bill doesn’t allow anything to change until Trump finds millions of unicorns to properly implement what congress passed.

We are well on our way to deciding if we want a country or a third world socialist confederation. This may be a tremendous win for the left and the prototype how to run things for now on. They don’t even need the Executive Branch or majority to shove their sh*t through. Imagine when they get both back.

The danger with the particular “compromise bill” for the GOP is not the danger the Dims think it is (not passing the bill).

The danger with the bill for the GOP will come if it passes and Trump signs it. It will massively suppress GOP voter turnout in November. Many Dim reps who would not have won will win due to GOP voters so disgusted they just stay home.

Everyone needs to call every GOP House member and let them know that passing the bill will kill their majority in the House and the Senate.

The main point to press upon members of Congress is the bill is not a “compromise” bill. It is so one sided it is a total dishonesty to call it a “compromise”.

Ask Congress why immigration reforms that are needed are always held hostage to amnesty, which is not a reform but an abdication of enforcing the law.
