I did see that. My definition of conservatism is following the Constitution and allowing each empowered branch to do it's function. That didn't happen here since Congress has the sole responsibility for interstate commerce regulation. Congress has chosen to take no action. And, no action is... no action.
Of late, I've found myself out of step with the new definition of conservative which these days seems to be a vague sort of ends justifies the means tool to restore "fairness", whatever that is.
I no longer have any faith that any elected or appointed government official is interested in limited constitutional government.
