IMO, THREE
- One for the elites/connected that will NEVER get prosecuted, least alone arrested. IE: Zero, Cankles.
- One to prosecute those on the above’s ‘naughty list’ (no paying enough greasing the palms, crimes that couldn’t stay hidden, etc.). They get a COMFY stay (short) @ Club Fed (Riviera Edition), at the worst, slap on the wrist @ the least. IE: Comey, Lynch
- Then you have ‘throw the book at ‘em’, Pleeb ‘just-us’
One reason the political elites never get punished is because TPTB are always afraid that those in potential legal jeopardy might expose THEM. Then things could get ugly for everyone. So they shuffle people around and dodge accountability until the political scandal or interest in the crime subsides.
