My exposure to IG and follow on reports is that the IG reports findings of fact. Actionable items are then corrected. If that entails legal proceedings then it is up to the receiver, not the IG.

IIRC, the ‘no political bias’ conclusion was in reference to Comey not having political bias when he reopened the Hillary investigation in October before the election. No evidence that he was biased against Hillary. But of course, Big Media AND WRAY, used those words to manipulate the masses by implying that there was no political bias anywhere to be found within the FIB. LYING LIARS!

Graham was reelected in 2014. Thanks to the 6 year terms given US Senators he will next face the voters in 2020.
