They’re going to ask Judge Gee to modify her ruling, extending the 20 day rule. I think she ruled on the Flores Settlement so if she says no, Flores stands & kids remain separated. That’s my take on it.

Not only that but I heard yesterday that when Judge Gee signed the order, she said that the conditions the kids were living in UNDER OBAMA, were HORRENDOUS..but hey not a peep from the press

That's mine, too. The ACLU has already moved the goalposts, saying the kids should not be held at all. Which means they really want a return to catch and release.
