He did not make a threat, e.g., I am going to.... What he did was more hyperbole. Consider some of the comments in this discussion thread. For example, “Be a real shame if some decent American punched this washed up a-hole in the mouth if they saw him walking down the street....” These are, in my opinion, comparable. I am NOT dismissing his comment, just saying that taking a step back we’d better be careful what we wish for as we’ve all made comments one time or another that might be comparable, though likely less profane.
Here is to my point. Someone rights in this discussion thread: punching in the nose does not remove the threat. To remove the threat, he must be killed. How is that different than Fonds comment? Both are wrong and inappropriate. Are either actionable threats? Thats debatable.
He said “WE”, that means him and others.
It can and will inflame some people who think it’s a good idea to kidnap the son of the President.
There was no hyperbole, it’s a direct threat and should be treated as such.
Do YOU have children and would YOU dismiss a statement like that if your child was named and targeted for kidnapping and pedophile activity against him?
You are dismissing his comment.
This is the 2 nd time youve defended him on this thread.....WHY?
He DID THREATEN!!!!!!!! !!!!
