Horowitz was misleading when he drew a line between agent bias and prosecutor lack of bias. He basically claimed that the prosecutor decision to not charge Clinton was not affected by agent bias because they based their decision on the facts.

This is clearly nonsense because the agent bias caused them to cherry-pick the facts that were presented to the lawyers. The prosecutor decisions were biased by incomplete information.

Well put PJ I too noticed that - Seems like Horowitz is attempting to do the same thing with these committees. It doesn't seem to be working very well

Perhaps We should have the FBI interview the illegal parents, asking them if they are the true parents of the illegal alien kids. Then DNA test them because at least lying to the FBI is real crime unlike sneaking illegally into our country.
